As we reach the end of Term 3, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the progress our learners have made so far this year. It's been an exciting term, filled with new experiences, challenges, and achievements.
Our learners have shown remarkable dedication and enthusiasm - we’ve had the opportunity to participate in various extracurricular activities that have shown great teamwork, creativity, and leadership skills. Our school community has come together to support one another, demonstrating the values of kindness, empathy, and respect.
This term we are proud of our Risidale athletes who continue to shine and strive for excellence during their practices and matches. Gr 4 – 7 showcased their talented side at the Arts and Festival concert which was held on 23 September 2025 with the theme; Retrograde - A journey through time. Our Gr 7 learners hosted Market Day where they learnt skills of business, teamwork and entrepreneurship while the whole school supported them. Learners also enjoyed Spring Hat Day on 1 September, Colour Run and Picnic Day on 19 September, and they dressed up in their cultural clothing in honour of Heritage Day on 23 September.
I would like to extend my gratitude to our teachers, staff, and parents for their tireless support and guidance. Your efforts have made a significant impact on our learners’ lives, and we're grateful for your commitment to our school community.
As we approach the final term of the year, I'm excited to see our learners continue to grow and develop.
Sincerely,
Mr F Kruger
