Welcome to our 1st Digital School Magazine

Welcome to Risidale’s First Digital Magazine! We’re thrilled to launch this new initiative to connect, inform, and support the amazing Risidale Primary School community. In this issue, we aim to enlighten and guide with some helpful parenting tips, share a few humorous stories (because, let’s face it, parenting is hard enough), and most importantly, build a stronger sense of community here at Risidale Primary. After all, without you – the parents – we are only half the equation. It truly does take a village.

First, some housekeeping. A big thank you to the staff involved in bringing this magazine to life. We appreciate your dedication to this school, and it truly shines through in the love and commitment you show in everything you do.

You’ll also notice that we have some wonderful advertisers featured in this issue. We encourage you to click on their ads to learn more about the businesses that support this initiative. Your support of their businesses is what makes this magazine possible. If you’re a parent at Risidale Primary and would like to advertise in future issues, we have a special offer just for you!

Feel free to send in your school photos to our contact details listed on the credit page – we’d love to feature them in the next magazine!

And lastly, a word of encouragement: Parenting is a beautiful journey, and while each moment feels fleeting (even when a phase feels like it’s never-ending), we are all in this together. I want to encourage you to find time, even if it’s just a small moment, to practice one good habit with your child today. Switch off the phone or TV, and truly listen. We only have this moment.

Yes, parent guilt is real, but we are fortunate to have the opportunity to try again each day. For the past few years, we’ve stopped thinking about resolutions – it’s like we make them in January, and by week 3, we feel like failures. But resolutions don’t have to be confined to the New Year. Every day presents an opportunity to build a habit, to try something new. Even if today was tough, let’s dust ourselves off and aim for small successes each day.

From The Clock Time Team, thank you for being part of this community. Here’s to supporting one another through the parenting journey!

Warm regards,

ClockTime Media Team
